It was time to say goodbye to WordPress. I haven't posted anything for a very long time, but because of the nice Wordfence Security plug-in, I was aware that I was constantly getting poked at with malicious log-in attempts, and it's just bugged me for a long time. So I've gone static with 11ty. Now it's only super-fast non-dynamic HTML pages flying at you.

Everything published here between 2005 and 2019 now lives on as plain HTML files at the exact same addresses as before. If you had a link to a post from 2009, it still works. New posts (like this one) get simpler addresses under /blog/. This is nice for my weirdly popular post on how to fix a Samsung subwoofer. The RSS feed is alive, too.

I haven't looked at this content for a long time... nice memories. :)
